W550i Red CID49 problem - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,

I have some W550i Red CID49 phones that I need to change language but in the support file there is only Brown files. I can't find how to flash them.

I tried with several ways that you suggested in this forum for other phones.. Is there any way to convert them to Brown?

u can convert your phone to brown using TP or u can download the latest version 9.60 cruiser it may help u without the tp.i successful flash the v600i CID 49 Red with the Brown flash file.

for w550 and w600 cid 49 flashing with brown 49
attach phone unlock rsa then
flash raw fs brown 49 customise fs
flash main brown cid 49 if problems then attach phone unlock rsa flash main flash that's all

Brothers this method help me!!
unlock rsa and then full flash the phone
then restore the restoral file and customize fs and shut down it!!!
After that use direct unlock!!!
This method recommended by Mr Lead for flashing and unlocking..Thanks cruiser team!!

H all master,need ur all help??somebody have w550i flash file R4AB048 cid49 colour is brown..then if i want change to RED colour how should i do?
OR somebody have brown colour and cid 49 for R4AB048 flash file...may u sent it to me...Thanks

FORGET,,, the silly idea of changing Brown files to red ,, Just flash the Phone, cruiser will sort CID/colour out.
just use correct procedure of Flashing Cid 49 2010 phones,,

you can find out brown cid 49 flash files for w550 at www.topse.ru in mbn and fbn format then use them with cruiser cause mbn and fbn format flash is compatible in cruiser

Thanks all to reply and help me....but i using setool box...if anybody have cid49 and brown colour just reflash it..maybe can solve my problem....coz now my problem is LCD only display signal bar and battery bar...
