can some one tell me if i can unlock this phone without using logs and if it can without logs can some one give me some instruction on unlocking without logs i am new with my sec box thanks in advance

Its not FREE Mate, you need Credits, if your Unlocking you can use SE A1 Java Unlocker SE or A1 Fast Java Unlocker or Criser 13.20.

if you do not have restoration file then you have to download R8BE001 prgCXC1123362_GENERIC_LA and fs from support. select phone model, in settings select signed mode and preloaded security bypass and identify the phone two times. you will see the following message:

RESTORATION FILE PRESENT FOR DETECTED FIRMWARE
BYPASS PACKAGE PRESENT FOR DETECTED FIRMWARE

after that just click on unlock and follow the instructions. also download the drivers for the phone from support if you dont have it

after that just click on unlock and follow the instructions. also download the drivers for the phone from support if you dont have it
