w600,w550 problems - GSM-Forum

dear sir,
i am one of your official reseller for cruiser i am receiving lot of queries for w600,w550i that the people cannot boot it if they boot in normal boot they get only 3 options highlighted and if they read codes from this the handset hangs up they cannot use keypads. to solve thsis if they flash gdfs then the handset becomes all4 locks closed. soplease give stepo by step text fiole for thsi models regardin how to boot and how to unlock the same.
i tried with another booting nethod i get all options highlighted but when i try to replace the certificate to broown it gives me error message and if i trey to flkash witrhout replacing certificate then arm gets flashed fully but while flashing rawfs it stops at 41% and then the handset is dead.
this then i have to flash it in usbsmart and retrieve the same.
so please if possible please release sooon the text file for this
