w600 white screen

ok guys I already search but nothing helps me
I have this w600i wiht the white screen (it wasn't my fault) and I already converted to brown 49 and repaired the "erom"
and the flash both files and the phone still the same.
and I already did it a couple of times and this F@$%#g phone still the same .WHITE SCREEN

ANY HELP PLEASE

did you customize the phone?
Is it new phone? meaning did you just get it.
Also what files did you flash with did they match? post what version of files you flashed.

the software version is R7B039 and I'm using the same for both files
and the phone is new.
one more thing I didn't customize the phone is that necesary?

ok I already searched and nothing is clear!!!
I conect my phone with the tp when the program ask me to do it and I keep follow the intructions and the when you boot the phone with the tp boot
you anly have the main flash file to flash ,you don't have the FS file allow
so???????
please can somebody post instructions

ok what I did is this:
1_ conect the phone with the tp (in tp boot)
2_ convert to brown
3_ re-attach te phone in normal boot and flash the main and the FS
4_ then customize and that is it
and the phone still the same ????????????
any help please

On support area are files for repair problems such this. There are new files, created few days ago. I try repair W550 with this problem, but no succes

please lead can you help me with this I already read and tryed everything about it and still the same white screen
I flashed it changed the color on the cid brown red
test point and more and still the same
could YOU YOU YOU post a procediur for this problem

Ok just so i understand, you choose tp in the boot options?
If so jsut leave the boot to normal, you only use tp boot if you are using test point (did you take apart the phone?)

try booting in normal boot, have you unlocked the phone?

Hi Mates,
I have been done a mobile with same problem with Mr Lead's method!!!
Use latest version of cruiser and also restoral files!!!
1.Unlock Rsa
2.Full flash the Phone
3.write restoral files(a button added in security rsa tab for this in new versions..
But u must have to install restoral file installer on the support to do this)
4.After flash restral file just customize fs and shut down it!!!
5.Direct Unlock!!!
And after all that u got a working phone in your hand without tp!!
Note:If these steps not working so try it for few time these must should work!!!

ok I will try this method and I 'll post the result
but I think that when I boot the phone I don't have the option for unlock RSA
could be that possible
but anyway
I'll try this and I let you know
