Member: 52170 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | W600i fatal error after TP I have a W600i, when i tried convert to brown it asked for TP, so I dissambled the phone and maked the Test point... when i make the test point i get: [ --- Attach to Phone --- ] Connecting via Fighter USB Cable... Connect the testpoint! Powering on the phone... Baseband chip ID: 0x8040 Protocol version: 3.1 Baudrate = 230400Bd Booting via ROM... Trying recovery applet... Sending applet prologue... Disconnect the testpoint! Terminating threads... All threads terminated. when i try recovery cid i get: --- Attach to Phone --- ] Connecting via Fighter USB Cable... Powering on the phone... Baseband chip ID: 0x8040 Protocol version: 3.1 Baudrate = 230400Bd Booting via ROM... Trying CID49 recovery applet... Sending applet prologue... Sending applet body... Time spent entering bootstrap: 2s Initializing phone hardware... Terminating threads... All threads terminated. Applet error: FATAL ERROR, COULD NOT FIND EXTERNAL RAM 00 00 00 00 The applet has intentionally turned the phone off! Script error: Unspecified [10.42 alpha.74] SOME SUGESTION? OR THE PHONE IS REALLY DEAD FOREVER AND PROMPT TO GO TO THE TRASH CAN? TKS AGAIN |

hi are you sure the phone was working 100% before attatch to cruiser ??? are you sure you test point proper ??? cause 'FATAL ERROR, COULD NOT FIND EXTERNAL RAM 00 00 00 00' is not a good sign, this is damage to the memory ic chip and not healthy for a fone  cruiser cannot damage this component also normally cannot repair | |

Member: 57203 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 227 | what message gives you when you try normal boot attach and why do you want convert to brown? in w600 you only need unlock RSA and then restore firmware? |

Member: 52170 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | well... the phone was dropped and was no power on... after flash sw and fs the phone powered on, but after tried change language the phone starts reds light flashing.... so i was trying to convert due to i got the message "try convert.... if this a old phone repair via tp.... something like that... tks for trying help me... |
