I (recovery boot cid 49) now i got this message "Invalid response
Please turn the phone off and then unlock RSA!" when i try to unlock RSA
plus the only thing i can do is flash ARM but phone is still dead
How to fix my big mistake ?

My problem 's the same , now W810i still dead .

After that , I flash MAIN and FS RED CID49 file ( in the support ) all's OK ,
but when select customize FS funtion, it display error :" Invalid response
Please turn the phone off and then unlock RSA!"

Big ,big problem .

i think u forgot to flash restore file before customising fs......

try 115200bd should sort the problem at lower flashing speed

guyz once you have flashed the fone you can not touch it anymore. RED CID 49 will not allow it. which is logical... all you have to do is unlock RSA again customize and then restore...And yes 115200bd helps

Brother me also got this problem with my w900 and me also checked the lower buadrate but still same error is still there....Me also flashed this phone for 3 times still same error....So what to do with it???Any tested procedure??

i have also had this on some applications it seems to stem for something in cid 49 not 100% supported yet as it was also in version 9.22 so wait for a further update and maybe solution

Well did first W810i today, removed RSA then phone dead ARM damaged( why the warning after you have already done it?) . Anyway did Direct Unlock then flashed ARM and all ok.

my w810 dead after trying to flash with cruiser
it was having blinking lcd problem first.
i connected the phone
unlocked rsa
flash main fw but it stopped in the middle
now phone is not showing any option
here is the log
