well the first thing to do is utalize the search button with
'w810i damaged EROM area' you will find your answer, or you could try all the different answers that all the different users are going to post now

Edit. your IMEI stars "00" is a prototype, how the phone was changed to RED?

Actually I got the phone for repair.

Now I looked at the phone label and it is a "Prototype not for Sale"
