W810i to unlock, phone boots during "Customize FS"

I am trying to unlock a W810i using the usual methods:

1. Connect phone then unlock RSA.
2. Remove battery and cable then re-attach phone
3. Restore Firmware.
4. Go to Locks then press "direct unlock"
5. Flash Raw FS
6. Flash Main FW

Now the phone came up with a "Configuration error" after this, which was supposed to be fixed by simply "Customize FS" as per this thread: W300i unlock problem

However, during this process, the phone boots on and I can't go any further.

Here is the end ("Customize FS") info:
Quote:
[ --- Customize File System --- ]
Defeating RSA protection...
Waiting for the phone to turn off...
Should the communication hang, reinsert battery.
Baudrate = 460800Bd
Sending applet prologue...
Sending applet body...
Waiting for acknowledge...
(Here the phone boots)

Invalid response
Please turn the phone off and then unlock RSA!
I try this, but I can't get anywhere....

Anyone have any ideas on this.

Thanks in advance.

PS - Here is the entire process:

when you flash ARM, you set RSA state back to normal, you need again unlock RSA, customize FS and then restore firmware...

Mainboard is right...

The correct procedure for CID49 unlock is:

1. Attach phone
2. Unlock RSA
3. Direct Unlock
4. Restore firmware

Correct flashing procedure is:

1. Attach phone
2. Unlock RSA
3. Flash FS
4. Costumize FS
5. Flash Main

Plz right cruiser manual... Everything is described in it...

Thanks.

Yeah, I've read, just forgot to Customize FS before flashing main.

Let me ask another question.

For me, every CID49 phone I have to unlock, I have to end up having to flash the phone after Restoring the Firmware as Cruiser tells me to.

Is there any reason for that (ie, am I missing something)? I do have the latest Firmware Restoral file downloaded. Yet for others here it appears that after Restoring the Firmware they are done.

Yeah you haven't installed latest firmware restoral package from support...

Go here and download latest restoral package: http://md.gsmdownload.net/Software_GSM/
