W850i FLASH PROBLEM

i have w850i just display white scream when power on then off/on until i remove battery before it totally off. when connect battery, just display RED LED on power on button
i flash it many time but the same result.

If its not a Hardware problem,,
then write an Alien GDFS, From working phone, this will kill the phone,
Then attach to Ultimate unlockers and Rebuild the Security..

please i don't want to kill it as i don't have supreme logs to use ultimate unlocker!

i have another W850i only display white scream but when flash it using usb cable, always failed at 27% but with RJ45 fighter cable going until the end of full procedure but can't work at the end only display white scream again and again. with fighter cable, can't unlock RSA.

flash my second w850i but still display white scream on/off when power it!
what can't be the problem? ribbon or lcd? no i have change ribbon without success on the first phone but when put it in the wrong side, it work but light on scream but menu is there and you can communicate. when put ribbon to correct side conector, start diplay white scream on/off
