w850 customize error - GSM-Forum

I got this message when try to customize W850:

Server error: EMMA response calculation error (0x0015,0x0000)
Could not unlock CS applet.....

Is this Server problem??

Sorry for this error,because server have problem to connect smart card.

problem solve after reset usb reader

just tryed to customize k610 4 times,always gave me this error:Server error: EMMA response calculation error (0x0015, 0x0000)
Could not unlock CS applet...,
but lost 2 credits.
please check this

what happens when you click on Get credit info ?

first time it gave me 50 credits
after 4 attempts no success,but lost 2 credits.
now it works
