w900i, after connected to TP, says Possibly wrong testpoint!


why? can anyone show me a pic of tp.. i already point a metal to it.. why isn't it working?

the tp photo is in the manual.

Hi

make sure you solder the TP wire ti the right side of the Resisitor.
and the second wire is well Grounded .. I prefer to use Switch.

this way is quite easy to damage the resistor in my opinion.....

Yes just use a wire soldered with a little pin and connect to tp and dont solder the resister becaz it can easilly damage the resister.....SO be care full....and connect them when cruiser says....Ok

AFTER I CONNECTED THE TESTPOINT, EVERYTHING LOOks ok
but i got

Applet error: ERROR GETTING THE FIRST FLASHDEVICE
The applet has intentionally turned the phone off!
doesnot support [9.22.30]

help

Looks like you have damaged the Resisitor when you have done TP.

Do a search in forum, and you will find salution on problem.

yes

someone said can build a new bridge across it...but i am not sure and didn't test this solution.

Hi Freinds,

I already done more than 14 W900 units with this way and this is the most
successfull metods.

I know one should be very carefull , but since the TP is covered with a speacial glue then u have to scratch it !!! and this is dangerous too.
