Member: 53658 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | W900i problems I have a problem with my W900i, I can flash it, I can unlock it but I can't start up filesystem or customize the phone. This Is Basically What I Did To Recover The Dead W900i, Which Originally Had Vodafone Software On It And I Couldn't Restore Firmware On It. 1. Downloaded Main FW Flash And Raw FS. 2. Attached The Phone (Non TP Needed) 3. Flashed Main FW ANd Flashed raw FS. 4. Detached Phone 5. Attatch Phone 6. Unlock RSA 7. Customize FS 8. Restore Firmware 9. Detach Phone I Tried Doing It Leads Way. However When I Tried To Customize FS After Restore Firmware It Said Please Unlock RSA. Therefore I Believe My Way Works 100% Please Post Results If You Think I'm Wrong. Don't Want To Be Responsible For Killing People's Phones. Best Regards Yasin |

Member: 53658 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | I have tried both lead's way and Yasin's way without any luck. What may be wrong, is the GDFS corrupt or is it hardware? I have no problem flashing or unlocking, but I always get an error starting up FS. BTW, if I try to fully flash it with EMMA3, it always stops at 55% (software update content refresh). The phone worked fine before I tried to unlock and debrand it (vodafone) but the battery ran out during debranding. |
