i want to reset or read w910 user code
any help?

You can do it with any flasher, connect your phone go to security tab and make unlock.

Sorry sir it is not so easy W910 is A2 platform it is bit of work even to read or reset user code

For reset phone code on A2 phones use Cruiser A2 Flasher.
