W995 cid 53 after unlock no network - GSM-Forum

i try to unlock W995 cid 53 all ok during unlock but when insert sim phone search for network then said " No network". i ckeck all function without solve problem what wrong?

if i flash phone with file from support can it solved problem of network? also after flash did unlock are going to consume credit again or i can just use code receive from first unlock?

Flash it with firmware from support. No credit will be use and phone will not be lock after flash

is this a customers phone, ?????
customers have a nasty habit, off saying when we unlock phones problem arises
I bet, maybe i wrong, Phone is Blocked/barred.

it is customer phone broth from Europe (FRANCE) and want to be use here in Africa. so i don't think it is blocked/barred here in Africa also. notice also that even without SIM CARD INSERTED, Network Bar level is not available on screen so can't call SOS 112. but i unlock it thinking that one unlock done and sim insert,it can take network. i search manually network without success

HI,

I have had this problem twice with UU and w995. After unlocking you get "no network" or weak signal.

Both phone's were new and working ok on the original network (orange) before unlocking. I guess the problem is/was GDFS related but i knew Cruiser Team would be no help so exchanged the phone 's where i brought them.

Not much help to you i know but its a problem with there software.
