| Hello! I think you should flash phone with newest stable AVR+ARM flash, then upload full GDGFS and after this try to recreate security zone. GDFS area in your case seem to be damaged. Quote:

OTP - ONE TIME PROGRAMMING memory! Look for the first post of this thread. OTP imei is OK. Problem is in eeprom imei. I faced with the same fault in T610 some time ago. That what I did in this case: backup full AVR from damaged phone and good one; write full AVR from not damaged to damaged unit; write firmware AVR and ARM to phone (the same or higher version) and repair security zone with changing GDFS imei. As for me - it works. May be this actions can be equal to writing full GDFS in AVR format, but I did not try this. WBR Alex. | |
