i have now 3 dead phones! w550, k608, k750! all this done by 80 euro sh*t! pls give back normal price and normal support!

they f*ck all! reselers, customers etc. from profecional tool it came 2 kilers tool! and no answers no explanations!

I agree - I have w550 that cant convert brown and is dead - also 4 locks closed.

0. Attach phone

1. Unlock RSA
2. Convert to brown
2a. Reconnect battery
2b. Attach phone again!

3. Read codes
3b. Attach phone once more

4. Flash with: DB2010_Red36_EROM_signed_by_Brown36.erom2

After step 3b, bit before step 4. use direct unlock & repair DCRC!

What are you guys talking about? Cruiser does not kill phones. I convert many W550's to brown, no problem. I service many many K608i phones, no problem. Are you sure the phones are dead? Not even recoverable by TP? What is the log when you attch phones?

SUSB has autoconvert back to red, but with cruiser you have to do it manualy, have you tried repair erom func?

Well here is an easy way....just convert RED CID36 to Brown CID36.Then direct unlock or read codes.For Red CID37 convert them to Brown first....direct unlock or read codes....convert back to RED.thats all...no need to remove RSA.No dead fones.I hope all try this way.Cruiser is not a killer.By the way some people are missing these days.....Lead ..Mizar...muppet.

Well, I have Cruiser from less than a week and I unlocked v800,flash z520 and open 4 locks in p910. Just removed the RSA when Cruiser ask for this. Then as said convert to brown and work with...

I think that the problem is the user and not the software usually
