exactly as you wrote, Cruiser is professional tool, other tools can only write rude words about Cruiser, this is the best proof that they jealous and envy Cruiser Suite's position on gsm market.

Anyway this is support section, so instead of "other tools" I'm closing this thread and let's look on customers problems.

This is just a typical behaviour of SeTool team. Moreover they are :

crying on their customers
telling to their own reseller that they are mentally ill (link)
using rude words against their competitors
releasing solutions only for "proffesional users" (means that there is a big risk of killing phone), ....
manipulating peoples' minds by certain techniques..
killing markets of thousands people (also their own customers)

You can send them message on forum like "fSeTool is ultimate gsm joke" or simply don't listen to their brainwashing posts.
