Which error?
There's no error listed there.
The first two lines are perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

The phone is attaching in recovery mode, have you repaired the certificate?

Also Blinking Red&green light in software I am wait 20 min but still same no more !!!!only stop Trying Red CID29 flash applet...

Ok, try attaching with Force RSA recovery mode and select CID36
See if that helps.

Edit: and also, try using an OS that doesn't suck, I'm not sure how well supported Cruiser is on Win98. That might be the problem, have you used Cruiser lots on Win98 before without problems?

Im pretty sure that Lead wrote long time ago that Win98 isn't good for attaching the new ARM phones, I've never managed to get Win98 attach S700i and Z1010 phones...
