No. Its an ODM based phone. Check in the Motorola section and you will find solutions.

It is supported(flashing,unlock) by your friendly box SadTool but in Cruiser nothing even in Flashing.

This model you unlock in Infinity Box-Setools-
Rocker Dongle.
Cruiser I Think don't unlock compal Models.
