Z520i . no network . can see signal but cannot make call - GSM-Forum

I have a Z520i which is unlocked. It shows network bars but is unable to make calls.

We do not implement call barring. What is the solution.

Is it showing the service provider name on the screen....Flash gdfs and direct unlock..Also check network settings!!!

If still problem, I think u need to change PA.
