attachments downloads not working - GSM-Forum

why i cannot see images from attachments
and i cannot download files from them too
I'm already logged in but when i click on an attachment all i get is a blank page...
what is the solution????

hey i am also having problem while downloading a attachment from this forum.

i think the bandwidth of this forum is left very little thats why the admin have disabled the download of attachments for saving forum bandwidth.

is it right?
