P990 Credit used but fails to repair - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody;
Look at the log below,i need to repair this phone's Security Zone.Dunlocker used credit but gives error while trying to repair it.I press 2+5 and inser USB cable but it suddenly turns on,the only way i could get it into boot mode is using @ key,could it be the reason?

Use 'C' button for P990, and all old PDA-s

When i press "C" and insert usb cable phone turns ON.

Still i get the same damn error,does it matter if i press "C" or "@" or "2+5" ?
Please help,i checked these phones hardware throughly,no phydical dmage,i guess it's server side problem,admins please help me.

Well, it looks like you don't use USB cable, but you use some kind of serial cable. Use DCU-60/65 cable and hold C or @ button.

Could you explain me what is that "Sony Ericsson Port" on COM ports? If you use USB cable then it should say:

Use USB cable connected to USB port of PC. Do not connect it through boxes or by some other cables.
