Question about credits - GSM-Forum

Hi, I've got one question...
If I have one credit...
1
And one operation is 0.4 logs...
-0.4
Then I don't understand how one credit is for 3 operations, because...
1.0-0.4=0.6
0.6-0.4=0.2
0.2-0.4=-0.2 (???)
Except for Cruiser card owners...
-0.33
Where on the end they have 0.1 log.
Can you explain me this?

One credit is not for 3 operations, that is wrong information, why you counting with this??????
