Mr. Mainboard,

Yesterday I see this thread:

and I buy a credit to unlock S1 phones. After I connect I get error and after a little search I see that is not possible only with D-Unlocker to unlock S1 phones. (if it's still so).

Now I have the credits but I don't need them because it was only for S1 phones that I buy it.

In you post you write:

Only original DCU-60 cable is required, nothing more.
To do the Full Unlock you need 1 D-Unlocker Credit / 1 Unlocked phone. For more information about prices and D-Unlocker logs contact our resellers.
1 full unlock of S1 Locosto or S1 Neptune phone is 0.45 supreme credit only.

Wouldn't it be better to write : S1 phones not possible with D-unlocker!

So in the future customers like me don't be mislead and buy credits.

This is fault of your reseller that he don't have any warning or notice on his site. Talk to him what to do next.

Hello,

I get my credits back from my reseller today.

But still I think it's confusing when you advertise that from now with D-Unlocker S1 phones are possible. That's not a thing from the reseller.

For me it's now solved and I have to buy a cruiser dongle to unlock this phones.

It's at the moment possible to unlock s1 phones with dongle?

I will ask webmaster to change this information on cruisersuite site.

And yes, regarding S1 phones - as I know for now is only way on the world buy Cruiser USB dongle.

Today I searched a for this product by the resellers:

Cruiser Suite Starter Kit
Cruiser+ Smart Card
USB reader
4 Supreme Credits (total price 56 EUR) included

I couldn't find it. Only 'normal' Cruiser Gold of Cruiser box etc. I see.

Do you have place for me where I could find product above and is on Stock too?

everything is fine for S1 unlocking, doesnt matter if it is cruiser smart card or cruiser box, just be sure you will buy cruiser with ID "07" and not the old one called "06"
