i have after windows my d-ultimate its problem cheak my log sir pls!!:confused:

contact your logs reseller, he will help you, he can check your account status, analyze your error log etc.

There are more reported errors related to the server:

this error:
E: Cannot connect to the server
E: Check server host name and port in the settings
means that the application cannot either connect to the server. The most common reasons for this are the following:
- you use incorrect server name/IP or port
- the server and/or port is firewalled somewhere on the way
- server is temporarily down

If you successfully connect to the server, then you can get:
E: Wrong password
E: Login to server failed
this means, you have connected to the server, but you provided wrong username/password combination. This error can be shown in other form - Card not registered on the server, User not registered on the server

In your case, you own a cruiser card but you tried to use D-Ultimate Unlocker, which is an application for users without any cruiser dongle. Use SE Ultimate Unlocker, and make sure you set all the settings correctly.

i dont now why are you not intersted my problem i have same 25 day still problem but not any one proper ans me and c/t is help me why ?
my d ultimate is problem and ses1 unlocker is working port are same ud password is ok but problem is dstill same why? what i am rong cheak my problem

Dear imran qma,

i have described your problem seriously. Please read it carefully.

The original problem is that you are trying to use D-Ultimate Unlocker. You will never be able to use D-Ultimate unlocker together with your Cruiser+ dongle, you should use SE Ultimate Unlocker.
The temporary problem "Cannot connect to server" was caused by server outage on 7th Feb.

Is it clear already?
