supreme credits lost ???

please check my account, why i lost 1 supreme credit, but i haven't used it.

this account was stagnant and i haven't used it a long time. then i checked now my credits left was 0.01

please look:



and if someone hacked my account or used it, is it possible to look at details who used my account? or any ip address?

if i am wrong about this, please forgive my ignorance

Scroll down a bit to see your transactions. Maybe your reseller rolled back your credits, because it doesn't say that you used any credits.

These are "special logs", not Supreme logs.

Hi, according to supporter, "Special logs" are from beginning of credit system. It's not easy to check it because it's old system which isn't in use anymore.

I asked them, and as I said, they would have to check old system to see what happened, and then try to solve your problem. You can also try to contact your reseller, he can tell you what exactly are these special logs.

Asking here is pointless. Contact your reseller, he must give you support, if not, buy from other reseller next time with better support.
