DCT4 on Universal Box?? - GSM-Forum

Hello team. I recently purchased DCT4, but i am having a lot of problmes trying to make it work with my UB box.
The main cable that connects the box with the DCT has a switcher on it with 3 different possitions, is not like the one publicated in the user manual, and i don't know what position to select to make it work properly.
Another thing I noticed is that the USB power cord is making some conflict.
If i pulged in the DCT4 to the end, the DC power is different deppending on the switch position, and the power led is off.
If the plugged it half the way, the led on the jig will power on, i will get 5.1 V, but the phone will not be recognized as powered on.
Please I need help with this, i am getting frustrated.
