Here is the full details of the packet
1.we shipped the goods
2. we put the value as you told
3. the goods has reached in portugal only thing you need to pay customes
duty ( this is message we got from dhl)
4. we see you has put claim back from paypal as well

we understand dhl ask 135 euro duty but you tell as what we can do in
this is your county tax

only thing we can help you we can give some free offers in next order

thanks for u feedback. but please try to understand that we had send to goods far before. and we send the goods as per you had told. please find the tracking number we had send 539 5073 040 via DHL and u can check the satus online. we are ready to support u more for which what we can do and we dont have a clue on the customs in your place.
