hi, my customer connect '5v adapter to usb pc port ' and the clip doesnt work any more. smells like burned..

i need to replace this component in red. (image attached )
Please if some can help me to resolve the issue..

that's not a zener , it's a simple diod (IN4148/smd type)

ho sorry IN4148 same as IN4007 normal diode
