i mean E75-1 Rm 412 ,it tries to check in jaf , half way it says error finding cmt boot file, in mxkey it cannot scan, bus check stops half way HELP HELP HELP

got the ufc 4 for about 2 weeks now and also have problems with cyclone. no flash bus check , no info , i have to try 4-5 times conect disconect.. and finaly after 10 minutes i finaly got some data even that whith errors.
and all that with the cable for jaf. the cable for cyclone works 1 from 10-20 atempts. it's bad, and i'm verry dissapointed, the old jaf cables work flawless every time. and this it's a headache to use

any ideas? i don't want to return 'it, i like the way it's build and designed. but it's allmost unusable

we think u have make some mistake in value kindly check the usermanual
well can u tell which phone u tried with which jig

bb5-a with 5310, e51, n95
bb5-b 3109c(at this one i give up after 5 min and have used the old jaf cable( the client was on top of my head allready))
dct4-h mostly 1200 and 1208( in witch if it doesnt work from start i use the basic easy cable ...

this are few i worked recently and i remember

the "manual" doesn-t have a setup example for cyclone, i didin't find how to setup for 3.3K( the switch start's from 5.1k) i've seen in the video on your blog (x3-02 flashing) that on the clamp was set the MT switch using cyclone
.. can you post a link or a source of a more complex manual if there is?

other thing : i maybe wrong but are there fakes on market of your product ?(i read something about this on some forum..)

DITS : try insert the info provided by smd in the manual provided with the tool, the ara empty spaces...

Try to set 7.5 for all bb5 PHones, for dct4 3.3 volts

yes,7.5k or 10k for bb5 phones and 3.3k or 5.1 k for Dct4 phones..it is the easy way to get local or test mode.
