ufc4 not communicating - GSM-Forum

Using JAF box.
Just fails at phone "powering up" and aborts.
Tried on 6280 (jig A) and N70 (jig C). All LEDs are lit and there's 4V between the phone battery terminals.

With the ufc4 connected, there's no voltage on the BSI.
With the ufc4 unconnected, there's no resistance measured (open circuit) between any of the 3 power probes wherever the resistor switches are.

Does this mean the BSI resistor connection is faulty?
