X3 combo cables

Hi,
Bought few weeks ago, due a big lot of mobiles to flash, 5 X3 combo cables from your UK reseller fonefunshop.
These cables are completely wrong as pinouts and there is no chance neither to modify them as the needed pin for the second mbus line is missing so totally useless.
What procedure I should follow to have the substitution or the refund for these cables?
