In gsm - commonly programmers use C++, C# ,Delphi,VB

If take percentage wise Delphi more people using

But according to my s***estion C If you can will be the best

If take Nokia they itself use C

But delphi will make more easy as well in some cases

Java - commonly using for applications and card protection part
most of the cards in gsm using java cards in such situtations only need java

you can start with Borland as my sugesstion

i mean how to study how jaf software is made & how jaf box works with jaf software? because although i have all this hardware & tools i cant make my own jaf box..correct me if i m wrong!

the problem is, for that task you need so mutch knowlege about every field in reversing and programming.

you need to know assembler, some programming languages like delphi or c or whatever for your application but not only this, you need also php and may java to protect
your stuff on server or in dongles smartcards, you need to know electronics,
you need understand data structures, how the memory works, how cpu works,
may also is good to know how to program apps for mobile devices,
often you can exploit phone direct on phone easyer with your app
running direct on targets phone to read importent stuff and and and...

and here is the problem, mutch ppl stopps already when trying
to learn first programming language..
they expect that its mutch more easy, but as more as you learn
and asmore as you make, the more easyer it gets, because then
you know what you are doing..

most ppl stops trying to make something own and just copy and paste or
using free sources wich is nothing worth anymore after it is free and 1000
free programs are made.

so first think is, you need many time and never giving up!

so, first step is always to lern delphi, c, vb or whatever..
for easyer entry i would learn delhpi because mutch more already free sources
available here in forum, but with c you have it later more easy,
because many other languages are c like.. like programming apps
for iphone or android.

next step is to learn assembler to be able for reversing and cracking.

with that you can already start your experiments.

he mean that you need also inverst some money...
like for usb analyzers (which are good help against phanter plugins)
or for test phones.. some phones will be killed may forever on first tests when wiritng a flasher...

and for some own solutions, you need first program a dump reader and writing to flash..
one error in your code and may you demage the phone forever and need a new one.

Examples
Nokia sl3
given an imei and a hash we can brute force the nck, but how the nokia developers work, they have the hash and the nck.
so we need these big brothers fore some information.

another kind of big brothers are these people which dance under the money songs

so on...
