hi everyone please help me to solve this

i'm doing mobile phone repair with many years...

but still i couldn't solder power ics or signal ics
atleast can't do reballing also

please any expert help me to do this correctly... software is nothing... also small crystal ics also ok...

this is a very bad situation..

can any one tell me whats the correct procedure to solder an ics.. whats the heat range & air rang & time

this will big help for me

sincerly if till now you didnt find the answer yourself...its hard now to learn....

why u made the man frustrated? u must encourage him as much as u
can coz he seeks for help.Friend notthing impossible

& practice ur self it,s dose not come in one day
