Corrupted MMC, please try and test - GSM-Forum

When phone says, mmc not ready, or corrupted mmc, try with card reader to format via windows, execute scandisk (and tick in 2 boxes for repair bad clusters) and format again.

When i putted back to phone, i formatted again and is working.

only in few cases not for all currupted memory cards...

that is working for unlock mmc - but can not repair currupted mmc in all cases :-) currupted memory has different reasons ..
in some case must replace mmc - nothing help

Mate, please, test and post results with corrupted mmc.

I know maybe only works on 50%, but i think it can "bypass" hardware problems, tested by me.

My mmc was unredeable by phones!!

this is nothing new and nothing special
we already try this and many others ... long long time before you post
you did not discover hot water
i will repeat - maybe it helped in your case - OK i agree
and in other cases it will not help :-) ok?

no need to put here solutions that me or friend discovered JUST to
all know that this is NEW
there are so many things which are well known and not public :-)
why you think this is NEW?

when was windows released?
when was scandisk implemented in windows?
when was first mmc sold?

well believe - then was this procedure tested :-)

on my desk are sitting 7 mmc corrupted - if you want i can send them to you to repair :-)

I only want you test and post results, i never hear about somebody test scandisk in mmc.
