Telme T910 keypad problem - Agere chipset!

I have a Telme T910 with a "misalignment" of the keys. The arrow keys don't function normally, they are recognized as number keys. I have checked the pads, and the outer circle of these pads is connected to GND. (Normally it shouldn't be, I verified on another working T910)
I know, that this is a seldom phone, but it uses the Agere TC / Sceptre chipset, where an Agere TR09 baseband chip handles the I/Os. Which other phones have this chipset? What is your guess, is the TR09 dead, or do I have PCB break? I have attached 2 photos, maybe it is similar to some Agere Samsung devices... Thanks for any help in advance!
