Datasheet for pmb6250
 

Does anubody have datasheet for this ic. I want to use it in my own design, but cant get any response from infineon

That is probably some top secret document.

at least do you know some reasonably new mobile phone which have well documented chipset?

they finaly gave me that datasheet even if that required more than a week.

unfortunaktly PMB2905 and PMB2800 was discontinued and no datashet available.
