92 no back light and no keypad light. after rebow.

anyone help for this?

hi...

first be sure that board to board connectors are o.k.then reball CPU.i repaired that problem last week... __jero__

my problem was created after rebow CPU . there was keypad's

bottom raw was't working * 0 #. soi rebow CPU. and get

this problem. can i fix it to retry to rebow CPU ?

you have schematic for programming flash ?

yes you can solve that by reballing CPU.but be sure board to board connectors are o.k.before reballing...

sorry but what do you mean "schematic for programming flash"?
service manual,how to flash,flash soft or something else?...if you mean one of these,i have got all.....
