Just a Jumper in between two positive ends of Yellow Capcitors which goes direct to this power IC and they r located near the Main big Capacitor... Also Some time Short the Fuse Located near the Positive Terminal of Betrey contacts on Board... But Steel if some one can Able to Provide the Power Ic then He is welcome...
