can you advice me what type of hot air tool too buy

Best is Hakko 850 but price is about 600$-800$ ,i use Sunko 850 and is not bad(300$).

Is there a place where i can know what temperatures do i need to use with the different mobile components ?

Hi,
The most good BGA rrework station is Hakko 852, but it's a little bit expensive. If you have a lot of work buy this else buy a little one.
