how repair shorted products (with vpp and gnd shorted) caused by hypervoltage?
What i have to check?

just get the service manual,,and trace,,,,
but it depend what model you try 2 do,,,

Actually SHORTing means the point where positive voltage track and negative track meets..
(GND too)....then think simple u hv to find fault where positive track entered...(i.e.power section).....more things to write ...better read schematik..u can judge fault

shorting is + & gnd voltage is short and maximam shoting is (phone) PA or cpu or chrging ic short
