i think Battery is bad !

No, mostly it's the unmatch flash file problem , or flash file damaged, you have to try the correct flash file the see it

use mstools and reset the locks ...

that should clear it, it is proberbly due to bad unlocking ... eg new version that someone has tried to unlock woith old sw
