power up problem - 8" Android PDA - GSM-Forum

Hello!

I have a 8" Android device called PC-802.

i don't have a worked original charger for it so ..

then i give it 9V 1000mah power to charger pins it shows a Android starting screen, then says "low power" and turns off.

then i gave it 9V from another trans+diode bridge (from soldering device) it also shows Android starting screen, then i see a blinking on the screen and...
it becomes a clinical death ;-)
now it doesn't shows anything on the screen then i plug in the power to charger pins... just only red led . and on the board IC ( U3 ) marked 116N1 3472A is very hot... ;-))

does anybody knows that is this IC and where i can find it on the GSM devices ?

also asc8512 IC is damaged. it is a monolithic switching charger.

but that does mean 116N1 3472A ??

please help!
