removing plastics around processor and flash


I need good idea how to remove plastics founded around processor and flashes in mobile phones ,,what chemics is neded for this ,,I trie some solutions but not 100% suceded ,,, bga balls go out when try to **** ,,,aceton is bad ,,,benzine nothing ,,,


every good idea is welcome

i've ever asked this problem before, but nothing is satisfied so long, the expensive laser rework station is still the solution
