Dear all,
1.What i think it will be better to start from root with capacitor,diode,resistor(primary electronic components) etc with there behavior and characteristics,
2.How volts and current move from one point to another and how diode,resistor affect this movements
3.Capacitor and its farrad capabillity
4.Then you come to measurement
Hope this procedure will let to know how to trouble shoot individually
