v3690 shows "insert battary" with battary - GSM-Forum

Motorola with original battary shows "insert battary" . Tried another battary- the same. If connect charger -charging is ok, but display is the same. With simcard -no ask for pin only insert battary. Emergence calling (112) is ok.
HOW TO REPAIR?

hi.

You have a little transistor in the left of sim reader, maybe is broken or desolder.

also try to check battery connector maybe one of them is damaged......

OK, battary connector checked, transistor changed.
Problem is still here.
