clean by thinner wash with clear water **** with vaccume cleaner put in oven at 60 deg temp for few minutes that what i do it can repair 80% dead phones and can solve network 40% no network

Extraction Gasoline ( very clear .used for clock cleaning ) or isopropil alcohol (head cleaning fluid)

The Best Flud to use is 90% alcohol,get it from your local drug store/chemist.fixes 99% water damaged pcb and dries in under 10 seconds,no heat.Just brush it on with clean toothbrush!!!
