usb pinfinder fails to detect spreadtum cpu - GSM-Forum

hello spider team i bought spider man about 2 months ago, it was able to detect spread usb pins and i have worked with over 20 spread chipsets, these days my usb pinfinder cannnot detect any pin for spread again but MTK works great, i opened my box and replaced it but still cannot detect pins. spider software indicates that usb pin finder is online and yet no detection of pins, any help will be match appreciated. thanks

am surprised that all this while non of the moderators have replied my post,this is really a bad support. please help me out, any advice on solving my problem? thanks

go spread cpu. phone same use mtk mobile connect
choose different search type for search.
if your computer first time use ,when search phone pinouts sucess, need setup the cable driver.
