USb pinfinder Power cable???/

Dear Spider man Team...
For power in spider there are two cables....

1..Tow wire which is connected with serial cable and should connect with spider man box port.....

2 when I bought the USB pinFinder chip I have one RED wire...

So..I like to know the 2nd one where to connect or it is an extra cable..
May be I think because of this cabel I did not success the spt chip.

Pls can help me to clarify this....and If I want to connect that cable where I will connect this?.

Regards.
