Z3X Smart Card damaged - GSM-Forum

My Z3X smart card was in my easy jtag and it fell to the floor and hit the smart card right on the tile. its is less then 5 months old activated 2/17/2015. my reseller has told me they dont sell blank z3x sims. i have seen people in the past post and were able to get their activations transferred. were can i get just a smart card and who do i message to have the activations transfer with my old and new serial and reseller.
